The Job Seekers Program guides you step-by-step, with a combination of online learning, individual activities, and 2 one-to-one career coaching sessions to prepare you for navigating the job market.
It includes:
- Training on how to tailor your resume and cover letter to match the job you are applying for.
- Review of 2 job applications (cover letter and resume).
- Review of your LinkedIn profile.
- Interview preparation training.
- Mock interview to be confident in sharing the stories you want potential employers to know about you.
Who is the Job seekers program for?
Are you looking to apply for jobs in New Zealand but need help with the application process?
Maybe you’ve been made redundant or are urgently seeking a new role for other reasons.
Completing this program will help you gain an understanding of what to include in your Resume and Cover Letter, and check that your online presence says the right things to potential employers. It will also help you figure out what stories you want to tell in an interview, so that you are prepared with robust answers before you start the meeting.
